The Pacific Education Institute (PEI) connects K-12 teachers and community partners across Washington State with tools and training to get students learning outdoors through their innovative FieldSTEM model. We are looking for a passionate, mission-driven leader to serve as our next Executive Director and guide PEI into its next exciting chapter of growth and impact. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 8 staff members, manage a $1 million annual budget, build relationships with donors and lawmakers, and champion outdoor and environmental education across the state. The ideal candidate brings nonprofit leadership experience, a background in education or natural resources, strong fundraising skills, and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. The salary range is $120,000 to $140,000, plus great benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, and paid professional development each year.
