K-12 teachers spend 2 days in the classroom learning about uses of minerals, mineral extraction, mine reclamation, aggregates. Teachers rock and mineral kits, Out of the Rock Activity guides, resource materials, posters and lots more. Friday is spent in the Silver Valley for mine and refinery tours.
