Are you a preschool through 2nd grade teacher or just a parent of small children looking for fun ways to get them interested in flora and fauna?

At this Bellevue Botanical Gardens workshop, PEI will present on how to use Project Learning Tree’s Environmental Experiences for Early Childhood and Project WILD’s Growing Up WILD to engage young children in exploring their natural world. These guides contain nature based themed activities complete with background information, outdoor lessons, ideas for healthy snacks, math, art, songs, literature, and more. In addition, you’ll learn fascinating things about Pacific Northwest plants and animals.

Participants can earn 3.5 Washington STAR credit hours! They will also have the option of buying a second guide at the workshop for $25.
