Understanding Washington’s Working Forests and Wood Manufacturing Industry
Pacific Education Institute (PEI), the Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and Hampton Lumber are partnering to offer a two-day, place-based professional learning experience for K–12 educators. This workshop invites teachers to explore working forests as living classrooms while building their understanding of forestry, wildfire, conservation, and land management in Washington State.
