Hands-On Nature Activities for Preschool-2nd Grade Teachers & Parents of Small Children

Join us for a fun training on how to use Project Learning Tree’s Environmental Experiences for Early Childhood and Project WILD’s Growing Up WILD to engage young children in exploring their natural world.

These guides contain nature-based themed activities complete with background information, outdoor lessons, ideas for healthy snacks, math, art, songs, literature, and more. In addition, you’ll learn fascinating things about Pacific Northwest plants and animals. 

This workshop is open to parents of small children, formal educators Preschool through 2nd grade and preschool providers.

*Participants can earn 3.5 Washington STARS credit hours*

Registration fee includes the choice of one guide.

Participants will have the option to buy the second guide for $25.00.
