Are you interested in learning about a framework that develops your students ability to think critically and problem-solve through hands-on locally relevant activities?
The Pacific Education Institute is offering a workshop using FieldDesign: Engineering design for field-based applications. FieldDesign is a new framework to engage students in engineering practices with a real-world problem to solve, students research and analyze situations to give engineering design a more meaningful context. We are seeking K-12 educators to pilot projects using this framework and provide feedback and revisions.
A $300 implementation stipend is available for those who meet these requirements:
