Schoolyard Investigations for Grades K-1 (dual-language Spanish* workshop)

Join Pacific Education Institute’s Multilingual Education Coordinator, Lourdes Flores, for a workshop on School Yard Investigations for Kindergarten and First Grade teachers in Dual Language programs. This workshop will be presented in Spanish.*

Participants will be introduced to PEI resources for grades K-1, many available in Spanish. This workshop will provide teachers tools to engage students in authentic outdoor field investigations as an integrated part of their teaching.

Participants who attend will receive:

• 3 Washington state approved STEM clock hours
• $50 Participation Stipend
