Solutions Oriented Learning Storylines: Regenerative Agriculture for Western WA

Join Pacific Education Institute (PEI) and our ClimeTime partners for a deep dive into Regenerative Agriculture, focusing on the western Washington region. The workshop will be based on our Solutions Oriented Learning Storyline, designed around six guiding principles: Indigenous perspectives, local anchoring phenomena, culturally responsive practices, NGSS three-dimensional student growth measures, a solutions-oriented approach to drawing down greenhouse gases, and opportunities to elevate student voices in their communities.

This opportunity is for K-12 classroom teachers in Washington public schools and includes three online Zoom sessions and asynchronous learning opportunities on Google Classroom:

• March 8, 2022: 4-6 pm on Zoom
• March 15, 2022: 4-6 pm on Zoom
• March 22, 2022: 4-6 pm on Zoom
• Asynchronous work: approximately two hours

Participants who attend all three online workshops and complete all asynchronous work will receive:

• 8 STEM Washington State approved Clock Hours 
• Implementation opportunities, including support and stipend
