Join Pacific Education Institute (PEI) and our ClimeTime partners for a deep dive into Coastal Hazards! This workshop will be based on our Solutions Oriented Learning Storylines, designed around six guiding principles: Indigenous perspectives, local anchoring phenomena, culturally responsive practices, NGSS three-dimensional student growth measures, a solutions-oriented approach to mitigating coastal hazards, and opportunities to elevate student voices in their communities.
This in-person opportunity is for K-12 classroom teachers teaching in NWESD (ESD 189) and will be held at the Anacortes Middle School library from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
