Primary teachers, you are invited to join PEI Faculty Karen Lippy and  FieldSTEM Coordinator Lori Reynolds in a workshop designed for K-2 learners focused on integrating outdoor experiences with literary skills.

Participants will be immersed in using a science notebook to enhance observation and writing skills. Ample time will be available to explore ways to connect PEI FieldSTEM performance tasks to science notebooking and outdoor experiences.

Registration fee includes:

  • A copy of PEI’s Fostering Outdoor Observation Skills guide
